Check out this video on how to shuck a scallop! Its pretty easy once you do it a few times. While there are a few different tools you can use, a simple metal spoon will do the trick! PRO TIP: Leave the scallops on ice until you are ready to get the meat out, the ice helps prevent their shells from closing!
